I suddenly just felt dread that privatising “holding” is going to be European response to the very real and growing migration condundrum in the Mediterranean.
It should be noted that DeConcini, who was a TERRIBLE Democrat, worse than Sam Nunn or Mary Landrieu, just an evil rightwing shitbag, and the one most deeply involved in the4 Keating Five S&L crisis chicanery, is on the executive board of CCA. Of course he thinks mass incarcerations are a wonderful thing — it’s how he pays for his retirement mansions and yachts!!!
