Police and employees exchanged blows in the Insurgentes Avenue bar for several minutes before the manager called the Tourist Police. Arroyo and his fellow officers were escorted off the premises.Hours later Chief of Police, Marcelo Ebrard Casaubón, called a press conference: “Before anyone else asks me, I’ll tell you right now that the director and assistant director were involved in the incident at the Zona Rosa bar.
