It wasn’t just Frida Kahlo who appropriated traditional Zapoteca style. Apparently she wasn’t as tendy as she made herself out to be. Busby Berkeley, back in the 1930s, had the same idea.
The Mexfiles has never expected to turn a profit, but personal funds only go so far.
