Before I moved to Mexico City, the center of the world, I saw Chavela at Carnegie Hall in 2003. I thought I saw Frida Kahlo in the shadows but I could have been mistaken. jejeje Chavela is a real inspiration. Thanks, I had not seen the YouTube presentation. I hope she continues to “warble ” for many more years.
