It’s our new municipal drunk tank here in Mazatlán… all ready for our tourists who no doubt will be bring back tales of their horrible time in a Mexican jail. Ok, you have to ask the guard to let you go to the bathroom, and there’s no TV… the horror, the horror!
The Mexfiles has never expected to turn a profit, but personal funds only go so far. Miscellaneous expenses (telephone, internet connection, subscriptions, spyware, hardware repair, etc.) run about 600 pesos (35 US$) a month, and donations are gratefully accepted. Please note that your donations are in Mexican Pesos (18 pesos to the US Dollar as of February 2019). A 25 US$ donation is 450 pesos.

That looks pretty damned nice for a drunktank. It looks more comfortable than most airport departure lounges but they have bathrooms. When people start vomiting and pissing themselves….I bet they’ll put a bathroom in it.
add a tv and an xbox and they’re back at the dorm…hahaha
