If this is accurate, there will be a very negative reaction that may be more than a “5 billion dollar” subsidy from Venezuela.
Call me crazy, but I don’t think “Fox News Latino” is the best source of accuracy for this story.
Nor some guy in Naples, Florida, best remembered as the late Carlos Andres Pérez ‘ not-particularly competent doctor.
Latin America has lost a hero. I imagine the US/ big business/multinationals/big oil vultures are circling
