A proposed Constitutional “right of free access” bill was passed by the Chamber of Deputies, with the support of PRI, PAN, their allies and the Mexico City PRD leadership. Those cheering the bill obviously want their streets NOT blocked by ordinary citizens, trusting the officials to do a better job, apparently.
The Mexfiles has never expected to turn a profit, but personal funds only go so far.
