I have never thought much of US policy in Cuba let alone Latin America as a whole. It is ignorant at best and massively exploitive at worst. But do you think the video might have slid too far into left territory?
Oh, the Marxist rhetoric was a bit much, but on the other hand, like I said, the reportage on Cuba (and Latin America in general) from US sources is so superficial and ignorant, seeing someone at least “Second Thought” presents facts, and not just stereotypes, opinions, and sweeping generalizations.
Recent claims about a large Nicaraguan protest in Costa Rica against the Ortega regime also used some shots of earlier demonstrations before cutting to the one in Costa Rica which were several hundred out of the over 60,000 Nicaraguans living in Costa Rica (most there for purely economic reasons).
